Planning and Zoning committee meeting
November 25, 2009

Visitors: Harry Pelton, Dean Hiles, Don Fisher, George Seaberg, Ron McDaniel, Jeffery Grindle,
Lou Wren
Chairperson Wren opened the meeting at 7:05 with the discussion of amending ordinance 97-153
section 41-41.07 to increase the size of a storage shed to a unit that is 12' wide by 16' long and
12' high. Much discussion followed between the committee and the visitors. This will be voted
on at a later date.
Also discussed was the garage size and increasing the height of a garage door from 8 feet to 10
feet.
A follow-up meeting on the above proposals is tentatively scheduled for December 2, 2009 at
7:00PM.
Motion to adjourn by Parry, seconded by Stolk at 8:25PM.
