Minutes
January 9, 2020 After Common Council Regular Session Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Everyone was still present from previous council meeting: Adam Cohen,
Stacie Langdon, Veronica Pejril, Cody Eckert, Mark Hammer, Dave Murray,
Tyler Wade
II. Department Report by:
A. Scott Zimmerman — City Planner— Scott Zimmerman explained to the new
council what the role of the City Planner is. He provided the council with
handouts. He started his presentation at 9:00 pm and ended at 9:40 pm.
B. Laurie Hardwick, City Attorney— Laurie shared with the council her role as
City Attorney for the City of Greencastle. Her presentation lasted from 9:40
pm to 10:15pm.
Ill. Adjournment
Motion was made by Tyler Wade to adjourn the meeting at 10:17 pm
second by Stacie Langdon, 7-0, motion carries
