Minutes
January 16, 2020 7:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor Dory called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM; upon roll by Clerk
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present: Adam Cohen, Stacie
Langdon, Veronica Pejril, Mark Hammer, Dave Murray and Tyler Wade.
Cody Eckert was absent.
II. Department Report by:
A. Brad Phillips, Street Commissioner — Mr. Phillips provided the Council a
report that summarized his department, capital improvement projects,
accomplishment for 2019, and list and age of equipment. Brad Phillips started
his presentation at 7:00 pm and ended at 7:57pm
B. Ernie Phillips- Cemetery -A report was given to the Council summarizing the
Cemetery's 2019 accomplishments which Mr. Phillips discussed in great detail.
Ernie Phillips also shared with the Council how long it takes the cemetery staff
to mow and weed eats the cemetery grounds. His presentation lasted from
8:01 pm to 8:52 pm.
III. Adjournment
Motion was made by Tyler Wade to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 pm,
second by Mark Hammer, 6-0, motion carried.
