Minutes
January 23, 2020 7:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor Dory called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM; upon roll by Clerk
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present: Stacie Langdon,
Veronica Pejril, Cody Eckert, Mark Hammer, Dave Murray and Tyler Wade.
Adam Cohen was absent.
II. Department Report by:
A. Oscar King, Utility Superintendent- Wastewater- A report was given by
Oscar King summarizing their 2019 accomplishments for the wastewater plant
and collection system. Discussed with Council the needed improvements that
were made, and what still will be needed in the future. Oscar King started his
presentation at 7:00 pm and ended at 7:50 pm.
B. Ed Phillips, Assistant Superintendent - Water- Mr. Phillips shared with the
Council the Water Department's accomplishments for 2019 and what some
of their needs are in the future. The Mayor shared that he has been working
with both Ed and Oscar on a detailed 5 year plan for both utilities. Ed Phillips
started his presentation at 7:51 pm and ended at 8:25 pm
C. Rod Weinschenk- Park- His presentation was cancelled due to health
reasons

Motion was made by Dave Murry to adjourn the meeting at 8:30
second by Tyler Wade, 6-0,motion carried
