RIVERDALE CITY PLANNING & ZONING
MEETING MINUTES
JULY 16, 2013
NEW BUSINESS:
It was moved by Byron Kime and seconded by Nancy Ulrich that the plans for construction of a
new building and site plan by Brenny’s & Investments, LLC be approved as submitted subject to
and contingent upon the approval of a landscape plan to be submitted to the City of Riverdale
Planning & Zoning Committee within 30 days from this date with subsequent review and
approval by the Planning & Zoning Committee to be within 30 days from the date of submission.
No occupancy permit will be issued until the landscape plan has been approved and accepted.
Motion was unanimously approved.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
