AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 20254 with
Ideal Landscape Group for the construction of Green Infrastructure Bioretention at N Spring
#2723-2735 Bioretention Cell (CB 4872) CSO VR GI (11814) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13709, adopted September 12, 2013 appropriated the
initial funding for this green infrastructure project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20254 with Ideal Landscape Group for the construction of Green Infrastructure Bioretention
at N Spring #2723-2735 Bioretention Cell (CB 4872) CSO VR GI (11814) in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of March 2015.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00), and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel.
The Foregoing ordinance was adopted on May 14, 2015.
