The Council of the Village.of Medina met in special meeting on Monday, August
21, 1972 at 7:35 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Priscilla Arens - Clerk
Donald Des Lauriers, Thomas Steve,,s, Robert Franklin and
Wayne Neddermeyer present.
Engineer gills opened the bids for the sewer and water construction in tl-e
Medina Industrial Park as follows:

Moved by Thomas Stevens that we accept the bids and award the bid to the
Walbon Excavating, the lowest bid, upon the recommendation and investigating
of the Village Engineer.

The Council has complaint of the condition of a house in the Independence Beach
area - six feet of water in the basement and rats. The Clerk instructed to
write letters to Eugene Koch, the owner, and the renters, Earnest Cunninghams
and ask them to apper at the September 5th Council meeting.
Moved by Donald Des Lauriers that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Thomas Stevens.
