RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING
OF THE 2014 WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT IN AND FOR THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date of July 23, 2014 for the Public
Hearing and Letting of the 2014 Water and Sewer Extension project in and for the City of Tiffin,
Iowa.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Tiffin, IOWA:
The date for the Public Hearing of the aforementioned project is set for July 23, 2014, at
7:00 P.M.
The date for the Letting of the aforementioned project is set for July 23, 2014 at 4:00
P.M. Sealed proposals fort the construction of said improvements will be received by the City
Administrator/Clerk at the City of Tiffin, 300 Railroad Street, Tiffin, Iowa, until 4:00 P.M. on
July 23, 2014.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read on July 23, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. Proposals
received may be considered by the City Council at 7:00 P.M. on July 23, 2014 during the council
meeting and will be acted upon at such time and place or at such time and place as may then be
set.
