PRESENT: Chairman Adrian Beazer, Members; Lance Ellis, Roy Hobbs, Mike Taylor,
and Clerk Robyn Keyes
ABSENT: Member Dan Garren,
VISITORS: None
PZ Chairman Beazer welcomed everyone and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes. The minutes were reviewed. PZ member Ellis made a motion to approve the
minutes. PZ member Hobbs seconded the motion. Minutes approved.
Emergency Operations Plan. The Commission members tabled the EOP until Chief
Basaraba could attend the meeting.
Impact Area Discussion. The Commission members discussed the impact area and
decided to draw up new boundaries for presentation to the Council for approval and then
to the County.
PZ Chairman Beazer made a motion to adjourn. PZ member Garren seconded the motion.
All were in favor.
Adjourned 7:45 p.m.
