1. MEDINA MORNINGSIDE SEWER BIDS
The following bids were received and

Sip McCombs stated that the low bidder Nodland met the requirements of posting a bid
bond and the labor requirements under Federal regulations and recommended that the
bid be awarded to them and forwarded to PCA for their approval.
Motion by Resier, seconded by Lutz to adopt Resolution 81-37, accepting bid of Nodland
Associates to construct the Medina Mornignside sewer project in the amount of $734,439.
Motion declared carried
Motion by Scherer, seeonAed by Reiser to authorize Ehlers and Associates to prepare
bonding information for ouncil's consideration.
Motion declared carried
Motion by Scherer, seconded by Lutz to adjourn.
Motion declared carried
