THE COMMUNITY CENTER
PRESENT: Chairman Adrian Beazer, Members; Lance Ellis, Roy Hobbs, and Mike
Taylor.
ABSENT: Member Dan Garren, Clerk Robyn Keyes
VISITORS: Chief Basaraba
PZ Chairman Beazer welcomed everyone and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes. The minutes were reviewed. PZ member Ellis made a motion to approve the
minutes. PZ member Hobbs seconded the motion. Minutes approved.
Emergency Operations Plan. Chief Basaraba discussed the emergency operations plan
and asked the PZ members to look into the following items before the next meeting;
Fill in possible threats
Find a reputable company to work with
What resources does the City have
How can the City collaborate with other organizations
How much will EOP cost City
What can the City afford
What will be the cost to maintain an EOP
What is the time frame
Chief Basaraba asked the members to email PZ member Ellis with ideas.
The Chief also wanted to compile a list of possible contact people for the EOP
PZ member Ellis wants the City to put in the newsletter citizens suggestions for
controlling cats.
The Commission members decided to look into Title 11 Chapter 2-4 for any updates.
The Commission held a discussion on the possibility for a City pool.
PZ member Ellis made a motion to adjourn
PZ member Taylor seconded the motion.
All were in favor.
Adjourned 8:00 p.m.
