RESOLUTION NO. 2014-084
APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2014 PARK ROAD PAVING
EXTENSION PROJECT IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON REVIEW OF
THE BIDS AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER '
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received bids for the. 2014 -PARK
ROAD PAVING EXTENSION PROJECT; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified L.L. Pelling as having the lowest, most responsible
bid; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the,
Mayor'and City Administrator/ Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of
contract, as required and necessary to execute a contract with L.L. Pelling as identified and
recommended by the Project Engineer.
