HomeMy Public PortalAbout2018 0424 AgendaTdl: April 19, 2018 CITY OF RIVERDALE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa DATE: Tuesday, April 24, 2018 TIME: 6:00 P.M. This meeting of the Riverdale, Iowa Planning & Zoning Commission will be conducted according to the following order and actions will be considered on the items listed. The notice of this meeting is not considered final until 24 hours prior to the meeting and may be further modified if 24 hours notice is impossible or impractical for good cause. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable federal and state laws, all public hearings and meetings held or sponsored by the city of Riverdale, IA will be accessible to individuals with disab ilities. Persons requiring auxiliary aids and services should contact City Hall at (563) 355-2511 five (5) days prior to the hearing or meeting to inform of their anticipated attendance. REGULAR MEETING AGENDA 1. WELCOME AND ROLL CALL: 2. REVIEW/APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: 3. CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSION CHAIR, VICE CHAIR. 3.1. Per Section 21.05.1 of the Riverdale City Code, the Commission shall choose annually at its first regular meeting one of its members to act as Chairperson and another to act as Vice Chairperson. (Code of Iowa, 392.1) 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 4.1.1. Approval of Commission Meeting Minutes from the January 24, 2017 meeting. 4.1.2. Approval of Commission Meeting Minutes from the August 10, 2017 meeting. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: Preliminary Plat, Woods Estates Subdivision. Per Section 25.04 of the Riverdale Subdivision Ordinance (Code of Iowa, 362.3), a public hearing shall be held to determine that the preliminary plat and plans meet the minimum requirements of the City’s Zoning & Subdivision Ordinances, prior to submitting their recommendation for approval, disapproval or amendment of said plat and plans to the City Council. 6. CONSIDERATION OF WOODS ESTATES SUBDIVISION: Meeting Zoning and Subdivision Regulations Minimums. Review by Commission members with City Zoning Administrator, City Engineer. 7.
