PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
FINAL PLAT PHASE 2 REVIEW
WOODS ESTATES SUBDIVISION
Notice is hereby given that the Riverdale City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the
request for approval of the final plat of Phase 2 for the Woods Estates of Riverdale Subdivision. The
City's Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the approval. The hearing will be held on
Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at q300 p.m., in the Council Chambers of Riverdale City Hall, 110
Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa 52722. This hearing is to be held pursuant to Sections 25.04 and
27.03 of the Riverdale Subdivision Ordinance and Chapter 362.3 of the Iowa Code, for the purpose of
determining that the final plat and plans meet the minimum requirements of the City's Zoning and
Subdivision Ordinances.
All interested persons are invited to appear and be heard at the time and place listed above. Interested
persons are also encouraged to submit written comments on these proposals to the City of Riverdale,
Zoning Administrator, by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020. Additional information is available
