AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING CHAPTER
19 (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), BY MODIFYING SECTIONS G, J, and O.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule G (Stop
Intersections), subparagraph (b), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby amended by the addition of:
Briarwood Drive: before entering Tree Valley Lane
Ceaderwood Court: before entering Tree Valley Lane
Dover Street: before entering North Ten Mile Drive
Kingsbury Court: before entering North Ten Mile Drive
Tanglewood Drive: before entering Tree Valley Lane
Section 2. Chapter 19 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Traffic Schedule J (No
Parking), section a, of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
the modification of:
Frog Hollow Road Tree Valley Lane: both sides from Briarwood to Stadium. (Ord.No. 11296,
§ 1, 9-5-89)]
Miller Street: on the south half thereof, between Madison Street and Washington Street and one
hundred and forty feet(140')east of Jefferson Street's easterly curb line.
Section 3. Chapter 19 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Traffic Schedule 0 (Parking
Time Limit Zones), section d, of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of:
Miller Street: on the south half thereof,between Madison Street and a point being one
hundred and forty feet(140') east of Jefferson Street's easterly curb line.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
