Haywood Frye called to report that the Co at 8 Seventeenth Street has been extended with rock as requested. Corrective action acceptable. No new deficiencies noted 2. John Barr is ready for inspection at 1602 Jones Avenue. This one just needed the Co to be added since your first visit. Co was mostly completed. The Co was completed from the edge of the pavement into the project around 10'. The rest of the Co stone was in place but just needed to be graded down further (it was around 1-1.5'high) once some equipment inside the site was moved. I recommend this one be released. 3. Could you revisit the 4 sites that received violation letters and then discuss with Jonathan what enforcement measures he would want to use? The locations are: 17 Izlar Avenue, 13 Eighteenth Street, 19 Pine Street, and 1230 A &B Solomon Avenue. Izlar deficiencies had been corrected. Mack advised that the best way for us to notify him in the future was mackkitchens@comcast.net. 13 18th Street has not been corrected. 19 Pine Street has not been corrected. 1230 A&B Solomon Avenue deficiencies have been corrected. 4. An invoice for the ice machine is needed. Sent under separate cover. 5. The walkway/patio work at 8 Palmwood Court is finished. Could you please recertify the drainage at the site? Attached. Downer 1 A permit was issued 10/19/2009 for 8 Palmwood Court (Randolph Bishop 912-713-4466)to lay pavers for a patio and walkways. Scott Tanner(912-313-9375) of Tanner Landscape Architecture reported today that the work is complete. Because this work was in the area of one or more swales it is necessary that the drainage at the site be recertified. Please contact the owner to confirm that you are authorized by him to perform the recertification. Let me know if you have any questions.
