o Discuss the document to be send to members explaining the new tee time system.
Discussion to include document's wording and grammar, values of specific parameters
of the system, and implementation date.
• Golf Commission Policy on Refunds (Rob Harris)
o Discuss changing the policy to summarily deny of refund requests that are received after
June 30th without appearing before the Golf Commission.
• Approve minutes of December 3, 2013 & January 14, 2014.
• Topics the Chair did not reasonably anticipate
