Please Note: In accordance with Governor Reynolds’s disaster decree and under Section 21.8 of the Code of the State of Iowa, this meeting will be held online and in-person attendance at City Hall will be restricted to no more than ten people. To attend this meeting, please visit the City of Riverdale’s website (www.riverdaleiowa.com) for attendance instructions. Links to the meeting and instructions for participating/observing the meeting telephonically will be provided on the City’s website, posted for public notice and on all available social media channels. This meeting of the Riverdale, Iowa Planning & Zoning Commission will be conducted according to the following order and actions will be considered on the items listed. The notice of this meeting is not considered final until 24 hours prior to the meeting and may be further modified if 24 hours notice is impossible or impractical for good cause. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable federal and state laws, all public hearings and meetings held or sponsored by the city of Riverdale, IA will be accessible to individuals with disabilities. REGULAR MEETING AGENDA 1. WELCOME AND ROLL CALL: 2. REVIEW/APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: 3. CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSION CHAIR, VICE CHAIR. 3.1. Per Section 21.05.1 of the Riverdale City Code, the Commission shall choose annually at its first regular meeting one of its members to act as Chairperson and another to act as Vice Chairperson. (Code of Iowa, 392.1) 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 4.1.1. Approval of Commission Meeting Minutes from the September 24, 2020 meeting. 5. DISCUSSION 5.1.1 Discussion of Fenno Drive Renewal Plan in comparison to the City’s General Plan for development of the City as a whole (the 2012-2032 Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance(s), and related City land use/land development policies) 6. NEW BUSINESS 6.1.1 Proposal for motion finding that the proposed Fenno Drive Urban Renewal Plan is in conformity with the general plan for the development of the City as a whole 7. ADJOURNMENT:
