APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2014 TIFFIN PARK LIGHTING
PROJECT IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON REVIEW OF THE
PROPOSALS AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received proposals for the 2014 TIFFIN
PARK LIGHTING PROJECT; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified Advanced Electrical as having the lowest, most
responsible proposal; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desireg'to expedite the contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the
Mayor and City Administrator/ Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of
contract, as required and necessary to execute a contract with Advanced Electrical as identified
and recommended by the Project Engineer.
