APPROVING PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES CONTRACT -
JOSEPH E. BALDONI OF APPRAISAL ASSOCIATES, lNG
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of professional appraisal services with
regard to the acquisition of a portion of Block 4, Lots 1 and 4; and
WHEREAS, Joseph E. Baldoni, possesses the requisite experience and expertise to
provide said specialized auditing services; and
WHEREAS, Joseph E. Baldoni has submitted a proposal to provide said services at a
maximum cost not to exceed $14, 250.00; and
WHEREAS, the (]fief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be available
for said purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that Joseph E. Baldoni of Appraisal Associates, Inc. is hereby retained to
provide the above- described appraisal services at a maximum cost not to exceed
$14,250.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment is made as a professional
service as defined byN.J.S.& 40A:11-2(6).

and certified as a true copy of the
