MEETING AGENDA

DATE: April 28, 2022 TIME: 7:00 P.M.
The meeting of the Riverdale, Iowa, Planning & Zoning Commission will be conducted according to the
following order and actions will be considered on the items listed. The notice of this meeting is not
considered final until 24 hours prior to the meeting and may be further modified if 24 hours’ notice is
impossible or impractical for good cause.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable federal and state
laws, all public hearings and meetings held or sponsored by the City of Riverdale, Iowa, will be
accessible to individuals with disabilities. Persons requiring auxiliary aids and services should contact
City Hall at (563)355-2511 five days prior to the hearing or meeting to inform of their anticipated
attendance.

3.1 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes from July 20, 2021
4. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR
4.1 Per Section 21.05.1 of the City Code of Riverdale, Iowa, the Commission shall choose
annually at its first regular meeting one of its members to act as Chair and another to act
as Vice Chair. (Code of Iowa §392.1)
5. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING
6. REVIEW OF MINOR SKETCH PLAN
6.1 Review sketch plan in regard to a parcel located at 238 Belmont Road, Riverdale, Iowa,
from R1 to R1A.
6.2 Review proposed schedule.
7. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
8. ADJOURNMENT
