AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 570 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSLFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM C-2 TO R-2
(10624 Mariposa Lane)
follows:
The City Council of tfie City of Lynwood hereby does ordain as

SECTION 1, Ordinance No. 570, the Zoning Ordinance of the City 6f Lyrwoad,
and the official land use plan for said City established thereby are amended to
reclassify from C-2 (Light Commercial Zone) to R-2 (Residential Two-Family) that
certain real property described as:
Lots 2754 and 2755, Tract 5772, generally known as 10624 Mariposa Lane,
Lynwood, California
SECTION ?. Severability. If any section, subsection, subdivision, sentence,
clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any per-
son or place, is for any reason held *.o be invalid or unconstitutional by the de-
cision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance om its application to other
persons or places. The City Council hereby declares that it would 'nave adopted
this ordinance, and each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase
or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, sub-
SeCtlons, SUbdlVi5lOn5, sentences, C1dU5es, phr35e5, Or par±ions, or the application
thereof to any person or place, be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify to the
passace of this ordinance and to cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood
Press, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the
~1 ~- day of 1980, and finally ordered published at a
regular meeting of said Counci held on the 2nd day Of DECEMBER 1?80.
