ORDINANCE N0. 1110
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 570 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASShFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM C-2 TO R-3 ON LOT 23, TRACT 2794; MORE COMMONLY
KNOWN AS 3366 CENTURY BOULEVARD, LYNWOOD
The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 570, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lynwood,
and the official land use plan for said City established thereby are amended to re-
classify from C-2 (Light Commercial cone) to R-3 (Multiple Family Residential Zone)
that certain real property described as:
Lot 23, Tract No. 279A~t more commonly known as 3366 Century Boulevard,
all within the boundaries of the City of Lynwood. ;
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, subdivision, sen*.ence,
clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any per-
son or place, is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the de-
cision of any court or competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to other
persons or pi aces. The City Council hereby declares that it would 'nave adopted
this ordinance, and each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase
or portion thereof, irrespective of the fac*_ that any one or more sections, sub-
sections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions, or the application
thereof to any person or place, be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify to the
passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to he published once in the Lymxeod
?ress, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Lymxoad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of ;aid City 'Held on the

regular meetino of said Counci held on the 2nd day of DECEMBER 1980.
