AN ORDIPLANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYN~r100D AME^!DI^!G
ORDINANCE N0. 570 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CER-
TAIM PP.OPERTY FROM CB-1 TO R-3
12441 to 12451 Atlantic Avenue
follows:
The City Council of the City of Lynwood HEREBY DOES ORDAiN as
SECTION 1. uu^rdinance Mo. 570, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lynwood,
and the official land use plan for said City established thereby are amended to
re-classify from CB-1 (Controlled Business) to R-3 (!lulti-Family Residential) that
certain real property described as follows:
lot 5, Tract 7099, more commonly known as 12441 to 12451 Atlantic
Avenue, Lynwood.
