AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 570 BY CHANGING THE ZONLNG CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM GBl TO R3
1-2501 Atlantic Avenue, Lynwood
follows:
The City Council of the City of Lynwood HEREBY DOES ORDAIN as
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 570, the Zoning Ordinance of the City ofi Lynwood,
and 'the official land use plan for said Citv established thereby are amended to
reclassify from that
certain real property described as follows: -
Lots 9 and 10 of Tract 7099, 12501 Atlantic Avenue, Lynwood
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, subdivision, sentence,
clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any per-
son or pi ace, is far any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the de-
cision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affiect the
validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to other
persons or places. The City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted
this ordinance, and each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase
or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, sub-
sections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or por+.ions, or the application
thereof to any person or place, be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify to the
_-- passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be pubiished once in the Lynwood
Press, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the
16th day of DE ,p~MBFR ,.1980, and finally ordered published at a
regular meeting or" said Counc~ hrld on the 6th day of JANUARY 1981•
