AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4-2 OF THE
LYNWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE (ORDINANCE N0. 703)
PERTAINING TO PINBALL MACHINES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood HEREBY DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4-2 of the Lynwood Municipal Code
(Ordinance No. 703) pertaining to pinball machines is repealed.
SECTION 2. 'Phe City Clerk is hereby ordered and di-
rected to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause
the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the second day of December, 1980, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of the Council held on
the 6th day of JANUARY 19 81 .

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE.
