AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYAlWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 570 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM P-1 TO R-2
The City Council of the City of Lynwood HEREBY DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTi0": 1. Ordinance No. 570, the Zoning Ordinance of the City cf Lynwood>
and the official land use plan for said Citv established thereby are amended to
reclassify from P-i (Auxomobile Parking) to,R-2 (Residential Two Family) that
certain real property described as follows: -
Lots 33 and 34, Block 22 Modjeska Park Tract, commonly known as
3182 Norton Avenue and 3183 Poplar Drive, Lynwood
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, subdivision, sentence,
clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any per-
son or place, is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the de-
cision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to other
persons or places. The City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted
this ordinance, and each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase
or portion thereof, irrespettive of the fact that any one or more sections, sub-
sections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions, or the application
thereof to any person or place, be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
-SECTS ON 3. The Ci*_y Clerk is !^ereby ordered and direr*_ed ro cer±ify to the
passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood
Press, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the

regular meeting of said ounci held on the 3rd day of Februarv 1°98y>.
