ORDINANCE NO. 1127
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 570 BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM P-1 TO R-3.
The -Ci.ty Co,.~.ncl_ of the Cit}> of T.~ynwood. HEREBY DOES ORDAIN
as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 570, the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Lynwood, and the official land use plan for said City
establisY:ed thereby are amended to reclassify from P-1 (Automobile
Parking) to R-3 (Residential Multi-Family) that certain real pro-
perty described as follows:
Lots 709, the easterly 60 feet of Lot 710, 719,
727, 749, 746; the easterly 20 feet of Lot 711,
the easterly 50 feet of Lot 718, the easterly
50 feet of Lot 728, and the easterly 50 feet of
Lot 739, Tract No. 2992, M.B. 30-78, City of
Lynwood;
Lots 995, 1023, 1031, 1032, 1057, 1065, 1066,
1085, 1093, 1094, 1121, 1129, 1130, the easterly
50 feet of Lot 1120, and the easterly 50 feet of
Lot 1131, all in Tract No. 3025, M.B. 35-43 and
44, City of Lynwood;
3309, 3313, and 3315 Euclid Avenue;
3305, 3310, 331'1, and 3315 Palm Avenue;
3308, and 3333 Carlin Avenue;
3323, 3326, and 3327 Burton Avenue;
3303, 3307, and 3320 Magnolia Avenue;
3357, 3365, and 3366 Cedar Avenue;
3395, 3401, 3404, and 3408 Agnes Avenue;
3390 and 3396 Virginia Avenue;
all within the corporate limits of the City of Lynwood.
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection,sub-
division, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance,
or the application thereof to any person or place, is for any reason
held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court
of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the valid-
ity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application
to other persons or places. The City Council hereby declares that
it would have adopted this ordinance, and each section, subsection,
subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion thereof, irre-
spective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections,
Subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions, or the appli-
cation thereof to any person or place, be declared .nvali.d or ~:n-

SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause tiie same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newpaper of general cir-
culation printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.

First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the ~grn day of June 1981, and
finally ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 2nd day of June 1981.
