Members Present: Fisher, Pelton, Seaberg, McDaniel, Hiles
Guest Present: Greg and Laura Gsell, Larry Wolff, Mike Adabbo

Call to Order 4:00
Adjourned: 5:00
Fisher opened the meeting of the Board of Adjustments at the location of the request for
variance (1118 Fenno with Fisher, Pelton, Seaberg and McDaniel and guests present).
Review of the property with updated survey information was conducted.
After review of the property the Board and guests reconvened at the Riverdale Town Hall
at 4:20. Hiles arrived at 4:27 and Fisher called the meeting to order. After discussion, a
motion to approve the variance with a modified request from 7 feet 7 inches to 6 feet set
back from the newly established property line was made by Seaberg, seconded by Pelton.
Roll call vote:
Seaberg – Aye
Pelton – Aye
McDaniel – Abstain
Hiles – Aye
Fisher – Aye
Variance approved.
Motion to adjourn by Pelton, seconded by Seaberg. All ayes. Meeting adjourned at 5:00
PM.
