A RESOLUTION RESENDING THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
AGREEMENTS WITH THE CCA SCHOOL
Whereas, The City recognizes that it had "good faith" negotiations with the CCA School
for the agreement of utilities and the financial responsibilities of both parties and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that both previously discussed
agreements (one regarding utilities and the financial responsibilities and the other being
the building permits and installation of a sidewalk on school property along Highway 6)
need to be both approved to make the package of agreements4ailid and:one;cannot be
approved without the other agreement;

Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the -Ity,of Tiffin, l6 a,to-ap
resending the previously approve 'agreement with the CCANSchool.for utilities.
On the 9t" day of July, ata regular meeting of the,.Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson RYAN introduced Resolution No.�2014'--689, ARESOLUTION.
RESENDING THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED AGREEMENTS WITH THE CCA
SCHOOL and made a motion for DENIAL Motion second d by Councilperson
BARTELS.
Ayes: BARTELS, PETERSEN, RYAN; KAHLER�`
Nays: none.
Absent: UPTON.`
