Call to Order 7:00
Adjourned: 7:45
Fisher opened the meeting of the Board of Adjustments. Motion was made by Seaberg
and seconded by McDaniel to close the regular meeting and open the Public Hearing in
regard to a request of variance made by Larry Wolff, 1118 Fenno. All ayes.
Fisher opened the Public Hearing at 7:05 PM. Wolff reviewed his plans for the property.
Mr. Gsell expressed his concern regarding the property lines and the possible
encroachment on their property. Public communication from neighbors was also
reviewed. Motion by Hiles and seconded by McDaniel to close the public hearing. All
ayes. Public Hearing closed at 7:40 PM.
Fisher reopened the meeting of the Board of Adjustments at 7:40 PM to consider the
request of variance made by the Wolff. After some discussion, motion was made by
Fisher and seconded by McDaniel to table the request until the parties involved resolved
any property line issues. All ayes. Mr. Wolff will resubmit his request after any issues
are resolved.
Fisher notified the Board of upcoming meeting of the Planning and Zoning Committee
where shed and garage ordinances will be discussed.
Motion by Hiles, seconded by McDaniel to adjourn at 7:45. Motion approved by all.
