Board of Adjustment Minutes
Meeting 12-15-2010
Members Present: Pelton, Seaberg, Fisher

Call to Order: 7:00 PM
Adjourned: 7:10 PM
Fisher opened the meeting of the board of Adjustments with three members
present.
Old Business: The City Council passed Ordinance 97-153 “Amending the Zoning
Ordinance for Storage Sheds and Accessory Buildings”.
Mayor Grindle needs to appoint a Riverdale Resident to fill the BOA
term vacated as a result of the death of Ron McDaniel. He should be sensitive to
Gender equity and for the new member to come from an ar ea of Riverdale other
than the Manor-Circle Drive area.
New Business: Dean Hiles has agreed to serve another term on the Board of
Adjustments. The City Council should make this appointment at their next
meeting. Hiles has requested that another board member serve as secretary. No
action was taken on the request.
The date for the next scheduled meeting of the BOA will be
Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
