A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS
— PAD REQUEST (LOT 29)
Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to hold a public hearing prior to any
updates to the zoning code and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the public hearing on this
lot was published according to State of Iowa rules,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a public hearing for July 23, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
On the 9th day of July, at awregular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-090, A RESOLUTION SETTING
A PUBLIC HEARING FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS -PAD REQUEST (LOT 29) and made a
motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen.
Ayes: Bartels, Petersen, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: Upton.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-090, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS -PAD REQUEST (LOT 29) to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 9T" day of July, 2014.
