WHEREAS,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary
Department of Richmond, Indiana, that the following appointed officers and employees of the Sanitary Department of
Richmond, Indiana shall receive not more than the following salaries and wages for the calendar year beginning
Janurary 1, 2010 and ending December 31st, 2010.

WWTP & Maint. Manager

TEMPORARY, PART-TIME OR SEASONAL
In addition to the positions set forth above, the Board of Sanitary Commissioners may authorize temporary,
part-time or seasonal employees provided that there are funds in the budget. The Board of Sanitary Commissioners
shall set compensation for these employees within the range from $7.85 to $15.00 per hour.
Also, in addition to the positions set forth above, the Board of Sanitary Commissioners may authorize,
as part of a plan for improving the operation and effectiveness of the Vehicle Maintenance Division, a
temporary position of Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator at an hourly rate not to exceed $22.00,
provided that there are funds in the budget.
In addition to the above salaries (with the exception of Board Members, temporary and seasonal employees)
employees shall be entitled to the same fringe benefits and additional compensation as set forth within the City
of Richmond Policy Manual, that such salary and hourly rates be provided for, as herein set forth, in the budget
for the Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2010 and ending
December 31st, 2010.
