Request for variance submitted by Robert Picchiotti 220 Circle drive
Action
At 700 Fisher opened the meeting for public hearing Fisher distributed 5 responses
from neighbors four having no objection to the request and one objection Each guest
was invited to comment on the request There were no negative comments Robert
Picchiotti addressed the Board regarding his request and responded to questions by the
Board A concern by Picchiotti and also the Board is the inaction of the Planning and
Zoning Committee and the Riverdale City Council to the proposed approval of Ordinance
97153 Picchiotti will pursue this proposed change with the City Officials and The
Planning and Zoning Board as this change would negate the need for a variance
The Board of Adjustment will meet on Saturday November 6r at 4OOPMto vote on the
Picchiotti request for variance
