Adjourned: 4:30
Fisher opened the meeting of the Board of Adjustments at 4:00PM.
After review of the property after review of the request of variance by Robert Picchiotti, a
motion was made by Seaberg, seconded by Pelton to approve the variance.
Roll call vote:
Seaberg – Aye
Pelton – Aye
McDaniel – Nay
Hiles – Nay
Fisher – Nay
Variance was disapproved.
Next meeting of the Board of Adjustments will be December 15th at 7:00PM.
Meeting was adjourned at 4:30PM
