AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 8.43 ACRES OF LAND ADDRESSED AS 1101
EAST CAPITOL AVENUE FROM M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO PUD PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PUD PLAN FOR SAID
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, It appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to zoning
have in all matters been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from M-1 Light
Industrial to PUD Planned Unit Development: All of that portion of Outlots 44 and 45
located north of Capitol Avenue and Riviera Street, Jefferson City, Missouri. Containing
8.43 acres, more or less.
Section 2. The Preliminary PUD Plan, on file as Case No. P18029 in the
Jefferson City Planning Division, is hereby approved for the land referenced above.
Section 3. Permitted Land Uses. Permitted uses for the property shall be limited
to the uses identified within the PUD Plan Narrative, including restaurant, indoor
amusement use, event center/banquet hall, office space, outdoor recreational facility,
and residential apartments.
Section 4. Common Areas and Public Land. No common areas are proposed
and no lands are dedicated to public use with this PUD Plan.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
