Adjourned: 7:17PM
Fisher opened the Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:00PM.
New Business:
Date for Public Hearing in regard to the appeal requested for property at 328 Manor
Drive. Date set for March 28. 2012 at 7:00PM. Mr Collins asked what to expect from
the next meeting. Mr. Koury explained the process was for the Board to decide
which ordinance was appropriate and that the Board would decide according to
their interpretation of the ordinance.
Fisher distributed examples of Variance Request forms from other cities. Kosinski
distributed information he had researched. A meeting will be scheduled to discuss
changes.
With no further business, Pelton made motion to adjourn, Kosinski seconded. All
ayes. The meeting was adjourned at 7:17PM.
