RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR THE WASHINGTON AVENUE FACADE PROGRAM
WHEREAS the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") desires to authorize a facade
improvement program for a portion of Washington Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to solicit bids for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Borough's Consultant for the project and the Borough's Purchasing
Agent are hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to
advertise for the receipt of proposals for the Washington Avenue Fagade Improvement
Program.
Adopted this 22nd day of July, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 23, 2004.
