Members Absent: None

Presiding: Fisher

Call to Order: 7:45PM
Adjourned: 8:05PM
Fisher opened the meeting of the Board of Adjustments at 7:45PM.
The request for a variance submitted by Richard Wells and another variance request
submitted by Barbara and Donald Wright were reviewed and the Board set a date
for a public hearing of the matter. The date for the hearing has been set for
Wednesday May 30, 2012 at 7:00PM, and is to be held in the council chambers.
The board agreed to view the property owned by Mr. Wells prior to the next
meeting.
The discussion to revise the current application for a variance was tabled for a later
date.
Attorney Mike Koury stated he would draft the additional Board Minutes and submit
them.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05PM.
