ORDINANCE N0. 107
AN OPDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYPlWOOD REPEALING SUBSECTION (a) OF SECTION
32-5 AND RENUMBERING SUBSECTION (b) OF SAID
SECTION RELATIi1G TO WATER CHARGES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD HEREBY DOES
ORDAIA! AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection (a) of Section 32-5 hereby is
repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Subsection (b) of Section 32-5 or the
Lynwood City Code hereby is redesignated Subsection (a) thereof.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, subdivision,
sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance, or the
application thereof to any person or place, is for any reason held
to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of
competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to
other persons or places. The City Council declares that it
would have adopted this ordinance, and each section, subsection,
sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof, irrespective of
the fact that any one or more section, subsections, subdivisions,
sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions, or the application
thereof to any person or place, be declared invalid or
unconstitutional.
Section 4. The City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to cause a copy of this ordinance to be published in
the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation in the
City within fifteen (15) days after the adoption hereof.

of said City held on the 18th day of March, 1980, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said
Council on the 1st of April, 1980, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Byork, Green, Higgins, Rowe, Morris.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
