Adjourned: 3:29 PM
Fisher opened the meeting of the Board of Adjustments at 3:08PM.
The reason for today’s meeting was to review the revised Application for Variance.
Fisher met with the City Attorney, Eric Long, who had some minor revisions to the
new Variance Application as well as the Notification Letter. The BOA reviewed
Attorney Long’s notes and agreed. It was agreed by all members of the BOA that
Fisher would email Paula these changes and make the new forms available for use
immediately. He would also ask Paula to forward this to the City Council as well.
Pelton made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Staub 2nd the motion. All ayes.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:29PM.
