REsoLuTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BOROUGH HALL
WHEREAS the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") desires to perform modifications
and improvements to the Municipal Building; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to solicit bids for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Borough's Construction Consultant, Architect, and Purchasing Agent
are hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to
advertise for the receipt of proposals for the Improvements to Borough Hall Project.
Adopted this 22nd day of July, 2004
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 23, 2004.
