Hiles opened the BOA Meeting at 7:00PM.
The BOA welcomed new member Athena Smith and Mike Mangel new member starting January 1, 2017.
Harry Pelton was thanked for his years of service.
Hiles talked about the BOAs purpose: The BOA does not make the rules it makes a judgement based on
the rules.
BOA member terms were discussed and nomination of officers as follows:
Chairman: HIles
Nominated by Stewart
Second by Musal
All Ayes, motion passed
Vice Chairman: Musal
Nominated by Stewart
Second by Smith
All Ayes, motion passed
Secretary: Stewart
Nominated by Smith
Second by Musal

A motion was made to approve the minutes of the January 06, 2016 BOA meeting as printed

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:16PM.
