ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MEETING AGENDA
PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa
DATE: Thursday, August 30, 2018 TIME: 7:00 P.M.
This meeting of the Riverdale, Iowa Zoning Board of Adjustment will be conducted according to the following order and
actions will be considered on the items listed. The notice of this meeting is not considered final until 24 hours prior to the
meeting and may be further modified if 24 hours notice is impossible or impractical for good cause.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable federal and state laws, all public
hearings and meetings held or sponsored by the city of Riverdale, IA will be accessible to individuals with disabilities.

or meeting to inform of their anticipated attendance.

3. PUBLIC HEARING: Request for Variance, Building Setback, Brenny’s Motorcycles 4426 State Street. Per
Sections 123 and 124 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Riverdale and the Code of Iowa, 362.3, a public hearing
shall be held to consider a request for a variance to the building rear yard setback regulations for an addition to be
constructed as near as 9.90’ to the adjoining property line, a variance of approximately 20’.
4. CONSIDERATION OF THE REQUEST FOR VARIANCE, BRENNY’S MOTORCYCLES: Review by Board
of Adjustment members with City Zoning Administrator, with final determination to be rendered.
