There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District on Saturday,
April 7 , 1979 , at 9 : 30 A.M. at the Audubon Society, 376
Greenwood Cove Road, Tiburon, CA. This third "Not-So-Annual"
Regional Park and open Space District Conference is being
hosted by the Marin County Open Space District for the purpose
of discussing legislative and other responses to the problems
created by the passage of Proposition 13 and for discussion
of other matters of joint concern.

Unfortunately, I will be unable to participate in this conference since
other conflicts have developed, one dealing with important family matters.
