A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S STATEMENT OF FINAL
COMPLETION AND OWNER'S ACCEPTANCE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE
WATER LINE ALONG PARK ROAD
Whereas, The City recognizes that the water line installation along Park Road is now
completed and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it will take on full
responsibility since everything has been inspected, reviewed, and completed;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the Engineer's statement of Final Completion and Owner's acceptance for the
installation of the water line along Park Road.
On the 23rd day of July, at a regular meeting -of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-095, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S STATEMENT OF FINAL COMPLETION AND
OWNER'S ACCEPTANCE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE WATER LINE ALONG
PARK ROAD and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded -by Councilperson
Petersen.
Ayes: Kahler, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: Ryan
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-095, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
ENGINEER'S STATEMENT OF FINAL COMPLETION AND OWNER'S
ACCEPTANCE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE WATER LINE ALONG PARK
ROAD to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature
thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 23rd day of July, 2014.
