Hiles opened the BOA Meeting at 7:00PM.
The BOA welcomed new member Vince Jurgena
Hiles talked about the BOAs purpose and distributed information from City
Administrator.
BOA member terms were discussed and nomination of officers as follows:
Chairman: Musal
Nominated by Smith
Second by Jurgena
All Ayes, motion passed
Vice Chairman: Jurgena
Nominated by Musal
Second by Mangels
All Ayes, motion passed
Secretary: Smith
Nominated by Musal
Second by Jurgena
All Ayes, motion passed
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30PM.
