RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT FOR THE WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT IN
AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, on this 7th day of July, 2014, Plans, Specifications and Form of Contract were
filed with the City of Tiffin for the construction of the Water and Sewer Extension project within
the City of Tiffin.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, and form of contract was
published as required by law, now.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, that the said plans, specifications
and form of contract are hereby approved for said project.
