AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
REPEALING SECTION 30-23 OF ARTICLE II OF THE LYNWOOD
CITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD HEREBY
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 30-23 of the Lynwood City
Code hereby is repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Any revenue previously allocated
to the capital fund pursuant to Section 30-23 may be trans-
ferred to any fund deemed by the City Council to be
appropriate.
Section 3. Severability. If any section,
subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portion
of this Ordinance, or the application thereof to any person
or place, is for any reason held to be invalid or unconsti-
tutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdic-
tion, such decisiion shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of this Ordinance or its application to
other persons or places. The City Council hereby declares
that it would have adopted this Ordinance, and each section,
subsection, subdivisiion, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more
sections, subsections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses,
phrases, or portions, or the application thereof to any
person or place, be declared invalid or unconstitutional
First read at a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on the 23rd day of June, 1878,
and finally adopted and ordered published at a 2:CJ'~rM-«,.C-
meeting of said Council held on the 29th day of June, 197tf.
